CIRDRA was developed by the National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technologies Centers (NLECTC) program under a grant from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ).
The software was designed by C4DB and coded by Monde Consulting, both specialists in emergency management information systems, their architecture and ability to seamlessly interoperate and share data across agencies and jurisdictions.
The CIRDRA program manager is Tod Depp, Project Manager at Small, Rural, Tribal and Border (SRTB) Regional Center, Sheriff's Association of Texas. Tod Depp may be reached at 512-445-5888 or by email: tod@txsheriffs.org.
System architect is Marc Bracken, C4DB, who may be reached at 615-973-3300 or marcbracken@c4db.com.
CIRDRA is no-cost software to the local agency, but support and customization is available through C4DB. Please see the Support page for more details.
